Ombudsman Ullrich Galle paid two-day visit to Members of the Austrian Ombudsman Board

On 13 – 14 September 2007, the Ombudsman of Rhineland-Palatinate paid a working visit to the Members of the Austrian Ombudsman Board. The talks between Ombudsman Galle and the Austrian Ombudspersons, Peter Kostelka, Maria Fekter and Terezija Stoisits, focused on the competence of both ombudsman institutions to review matters relating to companies which are still predominantly state-owned.

In his capacity as President of the European Ombudsman Institute (E.O.I.), Ombudsman Galle discussed with Ombudsman Kostelka, the European Vice-President of the International Ombudsman Institute (I.O.I.), how both international associations can strengthen their co-operation.
